The Bus Driver Who Accepted Everyone's Problems

If you have a friend who never wants to hear about Jesus, but then you get a chance to share your faith, you'll understand this story.

My friend Joe has always shot down any talk about having faith, and has since high school.

When Christmas rolls around, he celebrates the Santa angle. On Easter, it's all about the bunny.

But last week Joe shared what happened on his bus ride. It was a stormy day and traffic was not moving. People were grumbling, including Joe. That's when the bus driver got on the intercom and said, "Folks, I'm sorry about the traffic, I'm trying to get you all home safely, but I noticed a lot of you are angry. Please don't take that anger home to your families, leave all your problems with me. Put em' in the palm of my hand when you get off this bus."

Some people chuckled and started asking, "Is he serious? Is he crazy?!" But he was, and one by one Joe noticed people miming 'dropping their problems' into the bus drivers hands. Joe said some were laughing as they disembarked, while others seem to get emotional.

Then it was Joe's stop, and he proudly walked up to that driver and mimed dropping off his problems. Joe said, "Isn't that cool. That this man just wanted to take my problems away." I replied, "Amen! And Joe, how about I tell you about someone else who can take your problems away?"
