If You're Not Getting Along With Your Mom

This past Mother's Day, I found myself reflecting on the journey I shared with my mom, Susie.

Our relationship wasn't always easy, especially as Dementia took hold. But amidst the challenges, her love remained unwavering.

Even in her final days, when she couldn't remember much, she never forgot me. Her whispers of my name were a reminder of the enduring power of a mother's love.

For those at odds with their mothers, I urge reconciliation. Love is patient and kind, and forgiveness can mend even the deepest divides.

This Mother's Day, let's honor the bond that unites us all and cherish every moment with our mothers.
