If you're working out, good for you! Seriously, every day that you're doing "something" is better than any day doing nothing!
I've started to hit the weights frequently since June and have seen some great results. In fact, I had a much younger muscle-bound young man shocked that I was lifting more weights than he was on a certain machine. He took 25 lbs off, and said, "I can't lift what you're lifting. Good for you!"
I'm feeling all good after the compliment, and when he was done I got back on the same machine and added back another 25 lbs, Yeah!
And then this young lady asked to use the machine, and...
