Karina Courtmanche has a dying wish, to be reunited with her horse Bella, who lives on a small farm in Bethany, Connecticut. The 79-year-old has owned 30-year-old Bella since the horse was a foal.
Karina is in hospice care with not much time left, her caretakers said. So they arranged to have an ambulance take Karina to Bittersweet Farms to see her beloved Bella one last time.
Once Karina passes, Bella will continue to be cared for at Bittersweet Farm.
