When Gentry and Ron King returned to their Fort Worth home, almost everything was gone. Lost in a fire that gutted their house.
But out of those ashes an answered prayer. After a nine-hour search through the debris, a neighbor found their 5-year old dog Ruby, without a scratch. That miracle, combined with the crosses that survived when almost nothing else did, strengthened the Kings' faith. They hope their story might strengthen someone else's too.
Once they buy new clothes and print new photos, their plan is to rebuild right where their house burned.
