That's exactly what I had to do last week. We scheduled an appointment for service at our home and when my wife called them at 5p asking where he was, she was told that he was still on the way. By 7p, no one came, called or texted!
I called the next day to ask what happened and the operator said she noticed that he was overbooked, apologized and guaranteed that he would be there this past Friday between 9a-11a. Guaranteed!
By 11:10am, no one had come by, called or texted... again! I was heated! But I also realized that the person I was about to talk to was not the person scheduled to service our home, so I Paused & Prayed, "Lord give me the words here. Help me to not yell at this operator as I complain." Suddenly I remembered scripture from the book of James that said to be quick to listen, slow to speak, and slow to become angry...
