Peter’s story is one of the most comforting in the Bible – not because he got everything right, but because he didn’t.
He walked on water, but then sank. He tried to defend Jesus with a sword, but Jesus corrected him. And when it mattered most, he denied even knowing Jesus – not once, but three times.
Yet, Jesus still chose him. Peter went on to perform miracles, preach boldly, and even write part of the Bible.
“God has chosen the weak things of the world to put to shame the things which are mighty.” –1 Corinthians 1:27
Your failures don’t disqualify you. God still has a plan.
