Sometimes love looks like doing the dishes without being asked. And sometimes… it looks like planting two different kinds of wheat across your farmland to spell out a mile-long anniversary message.
Jesse, a Kansas farmer, wanted to do something special for his wife Sarah on their 20th anniversary. So he took her up in a single-engine plane to fly over their property - something she thought was just a sweet gesture. But as they soared above their land, she looked down and saw it: “Jesse + Sarah, 20 Years” written across their fields in wheat.
He started planting it back in October. Two types of wheat, two colors, one message.
And it got me thinking… love takes time. Whether it’s a quiet act of kindness or a big, beautiful gesture like this one, it’s about being intentional. Planting something now that will grow into something meaningful later.
