The One Thing You Can be Certain of in a New Year

In the midst of new year expectations, there's a rock-solid promise I hold onto—Lamentations 3:23 tells us that God's mercies are fresh every morning.

What does that mean? It's about kindness and compassion, evidence of divine favor, even on those tough, worn-out days when a year feels like it's dragging on.

Regardless of how the year unfolds, on day 364, His kindness remains new. It's a reminder that His blessings aren't tied to the calendar or our circumstances. They're constant, offering hope and love, day in, day out.

So, as this year progresses, I'm embracing this truth: His mercies, ever-fresh, will accompany me through every moment, providing comfort and renewal, no matter what.
