The Nutritional Value Of The Bible

Reading the Bible is kind of like eating an apple. At first, you just taste the sweetness, but there’s so much more happening beneath the surface: vitamins, fiber, antioxidants, all working to nourish your body.

God’s Word works the same way: “All Scripture is inspired by God and beneficial.” - 2 Timothy 3:16

You might read it just to know God better, but once it’s in you, it does even more. It strengthens your faith, gives you peace in trials, wisdom in confusion, and hope when you need it most. You may not see it working, but trust me: it is.
