This Labor Day weekend, we're all looking forward to the cooler temps and some rain here in Texas. Dealing with our usual suspects like extreme heat or the occasional tornado is one thing, but at least we don't have to handle "corn sweat"!
That's right, in places like Iowa and Indiana, mature corn stalks can release up to 4,000 gallons of water per acre into the air every day. Imagine needing a weather forecast just for corn sweat!
