You can dump a whole bucket of water on a rock and it won’t do much. But a slow, steady drip? Over time, it can carve right through it.
That’s what consistency does.
I tend to go all in when I want to change something – big bursts of intensity, especially when it comes to reading the Bible or trying to grow spiritually. But the real transformation happens with consistency, not intensity.
Romans 12:2 says, “Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind...” That kind of renewal takes time.
So if you’re reading the Bible regularly and wondering if it’s making a difference – keep going. That daily drip is doing more than you think.
