Guard Your Heart

With the kids in school, pumpkin spice stuff back in stores, and fall not too far away, maybe now is the time for a social media change?

Not everyone deserves a front-row seat to your peace. If you’re following someone or a page that posts things that make you feel anxious, angry, discouraged, drained, or bring back bad memories, you can just unfollow or mute. You’re not unfriending anyone; you’re simply guarding your heart.

You don’t have to explain it. You don’t have to make a big announcement. You’re just choosing what you allow into your heart and mind.

Proverbs 4:23 – Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it.
