I found comfort in 1 Peter 5:6-7, where it talks about God's "mighty hand." It made me think about how strong and loving God is ' like when He made the whole world and created us.
When I worry a lot, I forget how much God loves me. But the verse says I can give all my worries to Him because He cares for me. So, I'm learning to trust Him more and feel peaceful knowing He's looking after me.
