Heading into the new year, I've been thinking a lot about change. I just got a new planner, and it has a butterfly on the cover with the words "change is beautiful." It's timely because change can be tough - it can shake things up, make us anxious, and sometimes it's not even what we wanted.
But here's something reassuring: God isn't surprised by any of it. He’s already got it figured out. Jeremiah 29:11 says, "For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope."
So even when change feels overwhelming, we can lean on that promise.
