Description

This free, family-focused event celebrates the wonder of childhood and the importance of the first three years of life. Families are invited to come out for a day filled with fun activities, helpful resources, and a chance to connect with community organizations that support healthy child development.

What to Expect at KidFest/Baby Day:
Fun Activities for All Ages – Games, crafts, music, and more!

FREE Farmer’s Market – Fresh produce from The Texas Health Resources
Good for You Healthy Hub, including bananas, strawberries, spinach, cabbage, and more.

Tarrant Area Food Bank’s R.E.D. Bus – Help with SNAP applications and small food bags for visitors.

Support for Baby Nutrition – A lactation consultant will be onsite to answer breastfeeding questions. Formula will be available for families who need it.
Free Diapers – For families in need.

Emotional Wellness for Babies – Learn how everyday interactions, love, and safety help babies thrive emotionally during their earliest years.

This event is part of the statewide Baby Day celebration—honoring the incredible growth and development that happens from birth to age three. These early years are the foundation for emotional, social, and brain development, and they set the stage for a child’s lifelong success. In recognition of this important work, Governor Greg Abbott has signed a statewide proclamation declaring April 26 as Baby Day in Texas.
