After celebrating CCA’s 50th year in golden fashion, we are setting our sights on a new half-century of serving families with our Hopeful Hearts 5K and 1M Stampede on Saturday, September 28, 2024, with Honorary Chair Eugene “The Hitting Machine” Lockhart.
Every dollar raised goes directly to CCA to alleviate suffering, bring hope, and change lives for families right here in our community. With your support, lives are changed for the better, and families break the cycle of poverty.
For the last three years, we’ve enjoyed a great turnout for this fun-filled family event. Moms and dads and children of all ages have come to enjoy a trek through portions of Old Town Lewisville. It's a day of fun, laughter, and bonding for the whole family, and we can't wait to share this experience with you.
Last year’s race saw nearly 400 participants run and walk through the certified course. Participants range from serious runners with times to improve to casual walkers enjoying the downtown atmosphere.
$30 registration, including a t-shirt and race packet.
